Guide to Applying for a Grant from Ardmore Institute of Health

Through grant-making, AIH partners with mission-aligned organizations by funding initiatives that strongly align with these strategic objectives:

  1. Establish Lifestyle Medicine as a foundational component of the delivery of care in the US healthcare system, bringing lifestyle medicine into the mainstream of clinical practice so that physicians and clinicians are trained, tested, reimbursed and required to include in practice.

  2. Support research and pilot projects that add to the evidence-base of plant predominant nutrition that prevents, treats and/or reverses diet-related diseases. This will include the promotion and growth of Full Plate Living (FPL).

  3. Establish AIH as a respected resource for information related to lifestyle medicine and health improvement practices through sharing of health information related to the AIH mission and strategic goals, including information garnered from convening, granting and project outcomes.
