In this workshop, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools you need to understand the hormonal changes of menopause, what symptoms to expect, and the key components of an annual exam. Empowered with this information, you’ll be better prepared to partner with your healthcare provider to make informed decisions and optimize your health.
In addition to discussing the latest research on menopause hormone therapy, we’ll talk about nonhormonal medications to treat menopause symptoms as well as lifestyle behaviors that impact hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, mood changes, and other symptoms of menopause.
Above all, this workshop will inspire you to take charge of your health and use the menopause transition as an opportunity to transform your health trajectory. You will learn how small, sustainable changes today can improve your quality of life in the present and provide a foundation for a healthier future.
