Free Shared Medical Appointment Programs Provided by Ardmore Institute of Health

Ardmore Institute of Health (AIH) is delighted to share that new Full Plate Living Shared Medical Appointment Programs are now available for clinician use. These include:

  • An 8-session program

  • A 4-session program (NEW) or

  • A 1-session introductory program (NEW)

Each program is offered free of cost by AIH and can be delivered and billed in-person or virtually, making it easy to share Full Plate Living principles with patients. As part of each program, clinicians will receive: 

  • Program slide deck

  • Patient handouts

  • Provider documentation note template

  • Provider implementation guide including information about typical billing practices

  • Access to a recorded webinar: Implementing Shared Medical Appointments

Full Plate Living teaches people how to eat a high-fiber diet by adding fiber to meals they already eat, an evidence-based approach proven to improve health and well-being. Along with Shared Medical Appointments, Full Plate Living also offers a facilitated group program and a self-guided online program.
