Impact of a nutrition education program on health behaviors in a university workplace wellness program

JAANP Full Plate Living Article

A novel research study utilizing the Full Plate Living (FPL) group program was recently published in the Journal of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. The authors found that the intervention had positive effects in this workplace setting. Participants increased the consumption of fruits, vegetables, beans, grains,  physical activity and decreased body mass index and triglycerides.
